is designed to be fair, transparent, and in compliance with industry standards.

Due to the custom nature of our services, refund eligibility depends on the type of service, project stage, and specific circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before engaging with our services.


1. General Refund Principles

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project status and work completed.

  • Refunds may be considered if services are not delivered as agreed in the contract or if there is a significant failure to meet project requirements.

1.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development work (once coding or design has started).

  • Consulting hours (once services have been rendered).

  • Third-party expenses (licenses, APIs, hosting, domain purchases, etc.).

  • Completed and delivered projects (after client approval).


2. Refund Conditions by Service Type

2.1 Software Development & Custom Projects

  • Before Development Begins: If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or planning costs.

  • During Development: If a project is terminated after development has started, refunds are not applicable for work already completed. However, unused funds for future milestones may be refunded.

  • After Delivery: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued unless there is a breach of contract (e.g., failure to meet agreed specifications).

2.2 Subscription-Based Services (SaaS, Maintenance, Support)

  • If you are dissatisfied with a subscription service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided minimal usage has occurred.

  • No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window or if significant usage (e.g., API calls, data processing) has taken place.

2.3 IT Consulting & Hourly Services

  • Since consulting services are delivered in real-time, refunds are not applicable once sessions are completed.

  • Prepaid consulting hours may be credited for future use if canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@codixcomp.com with:

    • Your project name/order number.

    • detailed reason for the refund request.

    • Any supporting documents (contracts, agreements, screenshots).

  2. Review Process:

    • Our team will assess the request within 5-7 business days.

    • We may request additional information or discuss alternative resolutions.

  3. Refund Decision:

    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

    • If denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.


4. Dispute Resolution & Escalation

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a reevaluation with additional evidence.

  • Seek mediation (if outlined in your contract).

  • For unresolved disputes, legal jurisdiction will follow the terms agreed upon in the service contract.


5. Policy Updates & Modifications

Codixcomp reserves the right to update this refund terms

at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
